Integrating your CRM with Botrelic allows your AI agents to access real-time customer data, personalize interactions, and automatically log chat transcripts and lead information.

Setting up an Integration
To set up a CRM integration, navigate to the Integrations tab in your Botrelic workspace. Select your CRM provider and follow the authentication prompts to connect your account.
Data Mapping
Once connected, you can configure data mapping rules. This defines how information collected by the chatbot (e.g., name, email, company) is mapped to fields in your CRM.
Custom Integrations via Webhooks
If your CRM is not natively supported, you can use Botrelic's Webhook API to build a custom integration. This allows you to send data to any external system that accepts HTTP POST requests.
