Your workspace is the secure container for your chatbot. Log into Botrelic and create a new workspace for your project.

Inside your workspace, create a new AI agent. Give it a name and a system prompt that defines its persona and behavior.

Upload your company's FAQs, help center articles, or provide a website URL. The agent will use this data to accurately answer user questions.

Configure specific intents (like "reset password" or "talk to sales") so your agent knows how to route specific types of queries.

Set up fallback rules and handoff triggers. Decide what the agent should do if it doesn't know the answer or if the user asks to speak to a human.
